Mike began servicing our residential ground-source heat pump right after he started Paradise Air. He and his staff expertly serviced the unit until time and nature (lightning & ground-shift) did it in. Mike recommended a high seer heat pump replacement, installed it and we have been very happy with the performance of the unit and service by Paradise Air. The folks at Paradise Air also skillfully serviced,, and kept operational, the three aging AC units at our former business. In all our varied experience with this company, my wife and I have been pleased with the service and impressed with their straight-forward approach to doing business. Of great note and heartfelt gratitude is the fact they braved the icy roads during the infamous Super Bowl weekend to get the heat back on.

Mike, Ronnie, Jeff and Jeremy are the best. Ronnie diagonosed my problem quickly and came up with the best cost effective solution for me. Jeff and Jeremy installed my new A/C with great care for my home and had me cool and comfortable as quickly as possible.
